Who doesn’t want more free time? Unfortunately, most of us feel like we don’t have enough time to get everything done. This is especially true if we have a long to do list. Even at home you can ask your family to pitch in and help get stuff done to take it off your list of to-dos. Don’t feel like you have to do everything all on your own, no one can do it all.
Delegating things on your to-do list is not something you should feel guilty about. There is no reason you should have to do it all and you aren’t less of a person for needing help. We all need some extra help and that’s ok
